| Browser Tips for Best Viewing |
Super Centre Online is best viewed and used at a screen resolution of 800 x 600 pixels and above and a minimum of 256 colours. To adjust your screen settings perform the following simple steps: Windows 95 Users Single Click the "Start" Button Move your mouse over the "Settings" Area Single Click the "Control Panel" Double Click the "Display" Icon Single Click the "Settings" Tab Move the "Desktop Settings" Slider to 800x600 or greater Select "256 colour" or greater in the "Colour pallet" pull-down Single Click the "OK" Button Answer "OK" to all remaining Dialogs If your system restarts it will return with the new settings, if a restart is not necessary the new settings will already be in effect Windows 3.1 Users Please consult your video card documentation Macintosh Users Single click on the Apple menu Select "Control Panels" Select "Monitors" Click on the "Options button" Highlight the 800x600 monitor setting Click ok and close the window Super Centre will also look best if you turn off the "underline link" option. This can be easily adjusted by doing the following: Netscape – Versions 2.x, 3.x [Options]… [General Preferences]... [Links are:] Un-check the box Netscape – Version 4.x [Edit]… [Preferences]... [Appearance:] [Colors:] [Links:] Un-check the box [Underline Links] Internet Explorer - Version 2.x, 3.x [View]... [Options]... Un-check the "Underline Links" box in the links section Internet Explorer - Version 4.x [View]... [Internet Options]... [Advanced] [Browsing] [Underline Links:] Check the radio button "Never" Super Centre Online has been optimised to work with Netscape Navigator / Communicator 4.x and Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x and above.
